Error message while trying to configure cisco unity services

I am running the cuica utility and I am at the step where I click on the Unity services configuration wizard and I get a SQL error. I have attached a file which has the screenshot of the error message.

Is that the CallManager OS that you are trying to install Unity on? If so you will need to reload with the Unity OS CDs or a standard Windows CD. The CallManager OS is highly customized and not supported for use with Unity.

No, this was done with Unity OS CD's. The entire Unity installation completed without any issues. The only message that I got when I was installing Unity was "Unity could not change default settings automatically and hence you will need to update them manually". When I pressed OK it said the Unity installation has been completed successfully. After that came the services configuration at which point I got this error message
