Error on the Personal Assistant Admin page

The PA admin web page is showing Error when trying to open the page.

We always have to stop and restart the PAWebAdmin service.

Hi, I believe I have a similar issue with a customer, can I just confirm what you see.

When the page is displayed it ONLY says "ERROR" with no other information? Its appears that this only occurs when a user goes to Proxy Manager another use, but just the word Error isnt very helpful! Anyone else got any suggestions?
