Error when try running Unity Failover wizard in secondary

After running unity failover in primary and try to run on secondary the following message is displayed:

Failed to verify SQL configuration Table

Detailed Information

Method IavRdbConnection::Execute (MXMXC-UNITY-SEC,csp-Configuration CleanupLastModifiedTime) returned [0x80040e37]

I can not go further with this error and I need to set redundancy.

what could it be the problem??
