Getting two errors.

The event 523 is a cosmetic issue. The problem occurs when Unity tries to get name for the subscriber. Since it is from a outside caller, it is not able to resolve the name and thus throws out the warning. The issue is fixed in the latest version of unity

By any chance do you have a bug ID for this kind of error(event 523).

For the CiscoUnity_PHGreeting 504 error, do you see other warnings or error preceding it such as
"Unity can no longer access the Notes subsystem reliably."

No I am not seeing any such kind of errors or warnings preceding this error.
