event error ID:550 Source: CiscoUnity_Miu

Cisco unity telephony component encountered a serious error.

No response was received on port XX while performing a blind transfer. This is a serious failure and most likely parties involved in the call will be disconnected in some cases, futher calls on this port will not be handled correctly.

I have the exact same problem.

We are running CM5.1(1) and Unity 4.2 as the VoiceMail Application.

I find that after unity has been running for a few hours, then those messages appear in the event viewer, and the application stops servicing any calls. Resetting the ports in CM, and also in Unity makes no difference. Restarting the Unity Server makes it work again, as long as you do not try and access the Voice Ports within 5 minutes after starting the server.
