Unity 4.05 vm only, exchange2k offbox, CM integration. We have a heavily used system (3000+ users) with 72 ports and cisco unity inbox users. Our application event logs are FULL of the following errors...all day long. We have a handful of tickets from users, some MWI related, others due to slowness of system but not sure if they are related to these. These are obviously causing great concern but we are monitoring the ports, and they seem to be working fine. Can you shed any light on these errors? Users have ciscopca licenses
The error code 0x80040115=MAPI_NETWORK_ERROR. This indicates Unity is having trouble communicating with Exchange. Are there any errors on the Exchange server indicating connectivity problems, or on the Unity server indicating problems talking to Exchange?
I would escalate this issue to TAC to try to address the cause of the errors. If Unity is having trouble communicating with Exchange, that could cause MWI issues as well as general system slowness.
