Re: Event log Error - AvHandOffResponseSvr.dll

Hi,

I found this bug that may be applicable given the specific errors you noted: CSCsa80780

Release Note:

Symptom:

When a user tries to retrieve his messages remotely, calling the voice mail pilot number form an IP phone or from the PSTN, he gets the opening greeting and immediately presses the # key followed by the extension that starts with 8. The customer gets the following message

This system is temporarily unable to complete your call. Call again later. Goodbye.

Conditions:

Reproducible in Unity 4.0.4 SR1 and later.

This problem occurs when Unity is configured for Cross Box Login, however no other Unity server exists to receive the cross-box login.

Workaround:

Disable Cross-Box login in configurations where it is not being used.

Alternatively,

- If the user waits for the prompt after pressing the # key, he can then dial the extension and everything works fine.

- If user presses the * key, everything works fine.

I hope this helps!

Re: Event log Error - AvHandOffResponseSvr.dll

Thank you for the information. I will look into this to see if that caused the errors.

Re: Event log Error - AvHandOffResponseSvr.dll

This is a single unity server, no other servers. Dialing domains grayed out, thus cross server login option not available.

How to fix this in single unity server environment?
