About CUOM (Cisco Unified Operations Manager), in Service Quality Alerts report, why the events go in clear before the 8 hours.
The user guide "cuom_ug.pdf", page 20-9 say: <Clear events after-Operations Manager clears service quality events after 8 hours; you cannot update this value. Cleared events do not appear on the Service Quality Alerts dashboard.>
