Example Administrator Account Deleted

We have a customer who deleted the example administrator account before we could start using Unified messaging. Now we are having issues importing accounts from exchange, I was wondering what needs to be done to recreate this account and what permissions it needs.

Do you have another account that has Administrator Class of Service (CoS)?

Open SQL Enterprise Admin.

Open UnityDb\Subscriber table. Do you see an alias EAdmin?

If you do, then you can run \commserver\ConfigurationSetup\setup.exe /sync

This command will shut down unity.
