I have integrated Exchange 2010 with Presence 8.5. We have Exchange certificate from Digicert. I have imported certificates into Presence. All the certificates import fine, however, I get one error about CN name being wrong. We also have SAN names in the certificates, but looks like Presence only looks at CN name. Does this error mean the integration is not complete because of an error. How do I check if the integration is success or not. I created a test meeting in exchange but my Jabber Status didn't change from Ready to "In Meeting". Any suggestions would be helpful.
