We have a Cisco Call Manager 6.1 system with a separate Cisco Unity 5.0 Build 5.0(1) server. The entire system was put in by a consultant.
The Administration web site uses a self signed cert. Apparently the consultant installed Cert Auth on the Unity box, and issued a cert. Well that cert has expired but other than the constant nag message logging into the Admin site, no problems.
Can I just go into IIS on Unity, create a request from the Default website and renew the cert from either the CA on the Unity box or my own Enterprise CA on my domain controller?
Looking at: Setting Up the Cisco PCA to Use SSL by Using a Certificate Authority from Installation Guide for Cisco Unity it seems pretty straightforward.
We're not using PCA sites but it could be installed. Are there any other caveats here?
