I don't know of one either, but it would be great to have, same for call handlers. I recently had to move a call handler application from one Unity server to another - and it was a fun lengthy one :-)
For our Unity servers, we recreate the original Unity worksheets and document the account policies, class of service, and subscriber templates in use for each server and their settings; for example we have a General Unity Subscribers COS; a voicemail only COS that disables the PCA and TTS features etc. We have many templates, typically for 0-out operator or call handler routing. We created a template called 'Subscribers with No 0-out' as a default for our admins to use that set most of the settings we require, passwords, message length, conversation etc. It is the same on each Unity server.
