Export Voice Message

I am running voice mail only (no UM) Ver 4.0(4). Is it possible for me to export a message as WAV or other audio-type file? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Re: Export Voice Message

You can go to http://unityserver/exchange to access your messages via Outlook Web Access. Each voicemail will appear as an email with a .wav attachment.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Re: Export Voice Message

Brandon- that did the trick. But that's just for my mailbox. Do I assume this is an administrator function and I must have other users forward to me and then I can just forward back to their Exchange mailbox? THANKS.

No, any user should be able to access their messages this way.

Re: Export Voice Message

I am trying to do this on my Unity system and I have a question, what username and password should I use? I tried my extension with that password and couldn't get in. Thanks for your help.

Re: Export Voice Message

This will be the Active Directory username and password for the subscriber. The Subscriber > Profile page in the SA will tell you the username. It's listed as "Alias" towards the bottom of the page. You can reset the password in AD, if necessary.

Hope this helps.
