Hi,
If you are looking to save the voice message as a Wav file in order to
attach it to an e mail for example, there are some ways this can be done.
However, some of them require you to have a proper license in order to get a
copy of the Voice message in a wav or mp3 format.
You can configure an Smart Host and select the option to accept and relay in
the messages actions in order to get a copy of the message to your outlook.
If your user is trying to get a copy of one of his saved messages, I believe
the only way to get it as a Wav file it would be by configuring Cisco
Personal Communicator assistance and having the Licensed feature "Web
Inbox", this way you can gather that specific Voice message.
On the other hand, you can configure an Imap account (also a licensed
feature) in order to use the Viewmail application and receive the voice
messages to your Outlook and have a copy also.
