Extension Mobility Error Code 7

Hello,

After upgrading from CUCM 7.0 to 7.1.5, our extension mobility application started to get this error:

<error code="7">Failure submitting logout request: Timer already cancelled.</error>

We have 1 Publisher and 2 Subscribers. Before the upgrade, the XML requests were sent only to the subscribers to this address: http://<CUCM_IP_ADDRESS>:8080/emservice/EMServiceServlet, and it always worked.

Now, any login request to the Subscribers returns the error code 7.

If we send that same request to the Publisher, it works ok! The successful XML responce is returned.

Did we make something wrong during the upgrade?

We restarted the Extension Mobility service in each Subscriber and know it's working
