External callers record a Voice Mail message but never appears in Exchange
We are currently installing CallManager 4.2 with Unity 4.0.5. Unity is running on Server 2003 SP1 with Exchange 2003 SP2.
We are able to call internally subscriber to subscriber and leave a VoiceMail, we hear the greeting, leave a message which appears in their Exchange mailbox and the MWI's light, however, if we call from an external number we hear the greeting and leave a message, but the message never appears in Exchange and the MWI's never light.
We also appear to be having problems with the MWI notification locking up the port.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas what the problem(s) may be?
