Hi,
I have a UC500 configured over SIP trunk. I have 10 DID and one mail AA number. i have configure CFNA 15 sec to voice mail.
If calls came
incoming call --> AA --> Extension: 111 (DID:12345111)
it goes to VM after 15 sec.
But if calls came
incoming call -->DID: 12345111 (Ext: 111)
it continue ringing never go to voice mail
if i configre my ext. with call forward always. same thing happens
incoming call --> AA --> Extension: 111 (DID:12345111) ---> forwarded to the number but one ring and drops
incoming call --> AA --> Extension: 111 (DID:12345111) ---> continue ringing
I have attached my config file. Plz assist

Hi Rana,
Could you please send me the output of the following debugs:
1. debug voice ccapi inout
2. debug ccsip messages
Please send me the above for both the scenarios.
First, when the incoming call hits the AA, and gets redirected to 111, and CFNoan to 110
Secondly, when the incoming call is directly routed over to extension 111.
