faild to controll desk phone after upgrade Lync

 

Dear all ,

i hope you are well ,

i just upgrade cucm from 8.6 to 9.1 ,

before that i had a microsoft lync and it was working fine and i was able to control my desk phone from it from the lower part ,

 

but after up grade the CUCM to 9.1  i can not controll my desk phone so i upgrade Lync to version 9.2 the latest version on Cisco web site .

-  after the upgrade i got these two screens , and also i can not control my desk phone ,

 

please advice if there is any additional configuration needed , and how can i use the right app .

Hello Mokhtar What is the phone model. We need to check the end user is associated to CTI control of all devices access group
