HI,

I noticed the Cisco Fax server is Eos, is there another fax server available.

Right Fax from open text is the Cisco preffered solution. The origianl Cisco Fax server was also OEM by opentext.

Product Migration Options

The preferred fax partner for Cisco messaging remains the Open Text Server, RightFax fax server solution. The Cisco OEM partnership with Open Text has allowed Cisco to offer the industry-leading RightFax solution to its partners and clients under the Cisco Fax Server product name.

Customers may be able to continue to purchase the Cisco Fax Server through the Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment program. Refurbished units may be available in limited supply for sale in certain countries on a first-come, first-served basis until the Last Date of Support has been reached. For information about the Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment program, go to: http://www.cisco.com/go/eos.

Service prices for Cisco products are subject to change after the product End of Sale date.

The Cisco Takeback and Recycle program helps businesses dispose properly of surplus products that have reached their end of useful life. The program is open to all business users of Cisco equipment and its associated brands and subsidiaries. Since this product is end of sale with no replacement part number and pointing directly to Open Text, I dont believe you can quote this through CCW. You will need to go to Open Text or any other reseller to quote and buy this product.
