Finding Dialogic Firmware Version?

Is there a way to find the firmware version of the dialogic boards without stopping the Unity services to use the Dialogic Configuration manager?

We are using Unity 3.1.5 with a Nortel switch and are trying to determine if we need to purchase new dialogic cards for the upgrade to 4.X

Re: Finding Dialogic Firmware Version?

You can try and enter the Dialogic software from the Start/Programs.. but I think to enter it to read the boards, you must stop the dialogic service in "Services" on the server. The Dialogic software is pretty powerful. The software normally installs with the 4.x Unity software if you select a Dialogic configuration. If you do not have the software installed in 3.x for whatever reason, you should be able to download it or install it from your 4.x cds. But any of this may interupt your service.
