For the new Installation of Call Manager version 4.1(3), is the default firmware load for Cisco IP Phone Models 7940,7960, and 7970 are good enough to use or should be upgraded.
You should look at installing the latest SR for CM 4.1(3), which is SR5d and that has the firmware which should be good for this install.
