forward voicemail message to outside number feature

Users would like to be able to take a message left in their voicemail box and forward that message to an outside number (9XXX-XXXX). Forwarding to internal extensions (X-XXXX) works fine. Is there such a feature available in Unity? We are running Unity 4.0(5). Thanks Xavier.

I don't think you can but you can transfer the caller to an externalnumber. Would this help? Below is the link
