I am currently migrating across to Unity 8.5 from our old legacy voicemail system.
I am trying to re-create a feature of our old system in that if a user did not read a message after 24 hours it would forwards to a shared mailbox.
I am not entirely sure how to do this in Unity.
I have succesfully setup despatch messaging for generic departmental accounts, but for individual users I am not sure what would work best.
Basically it would be nice to delay the forwarding as per our old system, however an interim option might be to automatically send a copy (but retain the original in the users mailbox) to another users mailbox.
The problem is that the users have all set different passwords so the central administrator cannot be expected to remember all of these, additionally once the message has been deleted it should delete from both recipients (as it does for dispatch messaging!)
I think I might need to think out of the box (forgive the phrase!) a bit here.
