Forwarding VM msg to an email address

Unity 4.1.1, VM only. I have a user who would like to have his VM msgs sent to his email address. I'm guessing I can set something up in Exchange to forward msgs he gets to his email address. I am not sure though how the actual vm msg would be sent, if at all. Would it be an attachment? Can this be done? Are we licensed to allow this?

In vm-only environment, forwarding your vm to your email is considered unified messaging. There are humanitarian exceptions of course, such as saving a message from a departured loved one. Under daily normal circumstances, forwarding your vm to email is not allowed when licensed for vm only.
