Forwarding Voice Messages by user extension

I have a user that when he listens to a voice message and when he's done, he wants to forward it to another user by there extension, he does not want to spell the name or dist list, what he's looking for is if there's a way to forward it to another voice mail user by there extension instead. They would like this system wide.

Sure - you can change the defaults for message addressing from spelling to extension on the subscriber's conversation page in the SA. You can change this for everyone using BulkEdit found in the Tools Depot on your Unity desktop.

You can also switch from name to extension addressing or back by pressing ## (in later versions of 4.x you can also use 00 for this).

And, of course, you'll want to change this on the subscriber template pages in the SA such that new users created moving forward will have this default setting the way they want it.
