Freeze-up problems with Attendant console vers. 5 & 6

This is a really quirky issue…

Attendant Console application versions 5 & 6 installs OK and associates with the CUCM server and end-user devices (phone) with no apparent problems. However, once launched, the AC app freezes up intermittently on the desktop, even with no other apps running in the background.

We have tried the AC app on both Windows XP and Windows 7 and hit the same problem. The earlier version of AC didn’t have this issue BUT it will not communicate with the newer Unified Com platforms…

Having the same problem. Would be interested in anyone's possible solutions.
