FXO Issue

Hello

I have a small location using  cisco 1760, where is only 3 ip phones attach to our main call manager  6.1. That location has H323 trunk with the CCM 6.1 but the router 1760 has vic2fxo card with 2 lines, The issue is when someone call to that office using the pstn and pickup the phone  at the moment they closed the call the routes stay with both line busy  and for relase the lines the need to reboot the routers, since is a  small office the router has a connection plar configure with the  extention of the recepcion extension.

the output of the following debugs from a  particular call.

1. debug voice ccapi inout

2. debug vpm signal

3.  debug voip vtsp all

4. Sh tech(from the gateway)

5. sh  voice port summary

Hello Yancy,

This could be related with two things, one will be the DSPs are stuck and the other one will be disconnect supervision issues. From my personal experience could be the second one.
