Getting failsafe message when calling Call Handler Extension
I am running Unity 4.04 with CCM 4.1.3. I have one Call Handler that when you call it you get a failsafe greeting. If I go to the CH and hit play on the greeting it plays the correct CH greeting. I have about 50 Call Handlers in this Unity server and no other CH has this problem. If I dial the extension during another CH greeting I am still getting the same failsafe message.

I figured it out by searching through old topics. The message receipient subscriber for this CH is no longer with the company and so the subscriber was deleted. As soon as a assigned a new message recipient to the CH it started working again. Thanks
