Unity 4.0(5)
How can I set a subscribers mailbox that offers caller input options, to not accept messages.
Messages are to be left in the boxes the callers select, not this box which offers the menu of caller input (options) available. If anyone can direct me to the reading I need to figure this out, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks, Nat

Hi Nat -
On the Subscriber's greeting page in SA, change the After Greeting radial button from "Take a message" to something else. You could select Hang Up as an action, but this is kind of rude, so I would select a call handler like Goodbye or one that you've recorded that says Thank you for calling and then Hangs up. Note - callers can leave a message at the Goodbye handler which by default goes to the Example Administrator.

Thank you very much Ginger, I'll try that tomorrow. If it works I'll be sure to rate your post with a 5! ;)
Appreciate your help.
