Greetings Recording

Hi,

When i try to record the greeting from the IP phone, the phone rings, user picks but no recording is done! Any tip can help or solving that

U need to add the extension No. of that user in (i.e user who pikcs phone for recording) a Media Master.

Steps:

Under Media Master clik on dropdown icon

choose Playback Devices as phone

chosse Recording Devoces as Phone

select option and add the extension no of that user

I am having this same problem, but in my case the phone extension number is entered in Media Master options and Unity will call the given extension, but nothing happens after that.

Hi -
