GSM not moving subscribers correctly

Problem Details: I am using the Global Subscriber Manager (latest version) to move Unity Subscribers from an old system to a new one. The move appears to

work fine without any errors recorded.

However the user's messages button does not go into the login process but

instead to the main Opening Greeting. Calling the Unity Pilot Number and then

entering the User's extension returns a message "Invalid Entry".

New users imported from Exchange work perfectly. I need to move approx 250 user accounts and so I would like to fix the problem and use GSM instead of having to create them manually.

Any ideas?

Can you provide version numbers for the two Unity servers and GSM? What does the SA show for that user, does it show the correct extension for the user?

Are both the unity servers connected to the same callmanager? I think the users who are having the problem are dialing the pilot for the old unity server. Look at the DN that is being dialed when the users press the messages button.
