Have one message stuck in Normal Queue under Bridge 3.1.1 system admin
When I open up the bridge system administration page and click on Queue status - for one of my Octel nodes, I see '1' Normal message. I have checked the bridge in/out directories, restarted the Unity bridge service, restarted digital networking to no avail. Is this a caveat in the Unity Bridge release 3.1.1 or is there anything I can check?

First, I'd recommend installing the BANANA tool that's on the Bridge CD or available on http://www.CiscoUnityTools.com. BANANA parses the SFLOGs and helps present the data in the SFLOGs in a more user friendly way.
