HELP! ECC Variable (BAAccountNumber) doesnt return value

I have a problem using the Outbound Dialer. I'm trying to pass ECC parameter to my CRM using Workflow HTTP action. I can see these variables in Cisco Agent Desktop. The problem is when I try to get the ECC Variable (ex. BAAccountNumber,BACampaignID), no value is returning.

Please help. I have ECC Variables already enabled in the Configuration Manager.

What Campaing mode ur running on? and What event trigers the workflow action?

I did had this problem in prog',Pred' modes when i have the event as ringing, but after changing it to answer it was working fine.
