Help in Mobility Advantage

HI

I am facing problem in Integration of Active Directory in Mobility Advantage 3.12. I am giving all correct parameters of LDAP for AD to Mobility Advantage but its not accepting and keep asking about the DN and its password again and again.

Please help me.

Some LDAP issues can fixed by point to the Global Catalog server and using port 3268 instead of 389. Try this and see if it resolves your issue.

But its not allowing me to change the port. The Port Address field is grey and cant take input.

I am able to change the port somehow. But its giving me same error "INVALID SERVER SETTING"

i am giving all LDAP Parameters correctly.But i dont know why its doing like this.
