HELP - UM Domino to UM Exchange

Hi,

I have just been informed that a project I had on the back burner has been moved to the front (effective this week). I need to migrate a Unified Messaging (Domino) solution to Exchange. Here are the details:

CCM 4.1 (PUB and SUB)

Unity UM 4.2(1) (Domino)

UNity VM 4.2(1) (Exchange - separate domain).

MeetingPlace Express v.2

What are the potential gotchas of this project?

What are the Proper steps for accomplishing this?

In addition to this, I am trying to convince the powers that be that we should co-locate UM and VM (on one box and in our domain). I would then take the other box and configure it as failover to this primary UM/VM solution.

I will also be upgrading IPCC and Call mananger (in the not so distant future).

You are moving from one Unity server to another without migrating data, you will lose settings and messages if it is a VM solution. If it is a UM solution, you will just lose settings and messages as they would be on your existing Exchange or Domino store.
