Holiday Greetings

Hi All,

We are having list of holiday schedules and its unique greeting for our office main line. As such, manually enabling the greetings according to our holiday list. I need all of your help to automate this greetings.

Is there any option to play my personalised greeting from list of my greetings based on the date and time automatically????

Holiday Greetings

Hi Hariharan,

I am considering you are using Unity Connection.

Standard and off hours greetings trigger based on the schedule the user is associated with (is it work hours or off hours).

The holiday greeting will trigger when the user's schedule set indicates it's a holiday.

Beyond that, if you're looking to record a series of different standard greetings that "kick in" with based on what day it is or the like, I am afrade it is not possible.

Also Please note :- You can only record one greeting for each of the greeting types for a user or  handler per language:
