Holidays for Different Departments

Hello, Cisco Unity version: 4.2, in the system holidays, you can only set a holiday for everyone in the system.

We have different departments:

1. Switchboard - open 24/7 365

2. Reservations only has 3 holidays

3. Box Office only has 3 holidays.

4. The rest have 11

How can I setup different holiday schedules for the first 3 departments, while everyone else has the #4. 11 holidays?

Here is a thread from earlier this year from Jeff Lindborg that details the Global nature of the Holiday schedule that you have discovered;

The only method I have ever seen to accomplish what you need is to use call handlers for number 1,2 and 3 and use the Observe holiday checkbox to opt in/out of the global holiday schedule.

Based on the holidays observed, you can uncheck or check the Observe Holidays checkbox for each location, as needed. This ensures the proper greetings are played.
