hi,
we have a unity connection 2.1. There is a voice mail box for a directory number. A call incoming to this number is redirected to the voice mail. The caller will be get an announcement, but will not be able to leave a message. After getting the announcement, unity will end the call.
How configure this?

there are several options under the subscriber, one of them is After message:
and you have a drop down menu, default is take a message but there is another one called hang up. just change that one

Please check the "after greeting" call action for this subscriber. Ensure the after greeting call action is set to "take message"

sure - you can do this with any version of Unit yor connection back many versions - there's been an "after greeting" action there that includes multiple options (including take message or "hangup") for some years now.
