How do downgrade Firmware of single 7945G phone on CUCM 8.0.3

Dear All

I have to downgrade firmware of IP Phone 7945G as single Phone in order to testing I had an Issue with Phone designer

My Environment is CUCM  (8.0.3.10000-8) , Firmware from SCCP45.9-0-3S - to SCCP45.8-5-4S

I like to test only one phone BZ all others are in Production environment

What you'll need to do is install the older firmware SCCP45.8-5-4S on your call manager server if it's not already installed.  Then before restarting the Cisco TFTP service, go back to the CCMAdmin page and to Device > Device Settings > Device Defaults, and change the 7945 SCCP load name back to SCCP45.9-0-3S since it should say SCCP45.8-5-4S.  After that has been done save it and then go restart the Cisco TFTP service.  The device default is what every phone will use so you want to make sure that you leave it at 9-0-3 to not change all your phones.  Then to test with only one phone, go to Device > Phone, locate the phone you want to test with.  On the Device Configuration Page, there is a field for load name, put in SCCP45.8-5-4S save it and reset the phone.

1-INstall  SCCP42.8-4-3S

2-Put back the device defaults to the version that you are currently running

3-chang the load info of that particular phone to SCCP42.8-4-3S

4-reboot that particular phone
