I've stumbled across a somewhat strange situation. I have a customer who, when his customers leave the company, using the GUI he'll delete first the extension, then the phone, and finally the user. I've checked the running-config file and seen the ephone-dn and ephone disappear. HOWEVER .. when this customer wants to re-use that physical telephone instrument, he'll add the extension, then phone MAC address and finally build a user and associate the new user with all this information.
Problem. CME seems to never update the "Local Directory". We've gone so far as rebooting the entire UC520 with no effect.
How does one update the local directory? And I'd *like* to be able to do this via CLI, but if GUI is required let's go.
