How I can upload a bulk files to cucm in CLI

I trying to integrate my Active Directory to CUCM 7.1. 

Because we have many VG224 in the network we need to use Forced Authorization Code to permit user to make calls. 

I am trying to make a script to upload a file to Insert Forced Authorization Codes Configuration.

I wanna make a job schedule to create/modify/delete every day the FAC, but i want to make the upload in CLI.

You can't, you need to use the GUI and the download/upload option.

If you want to do this on a daily basis, you should be looking at AXL in my opinion.
