How to add multiple level greeting for Unity Subscriber V6 client
I want some one to hightlight me the proper way to give a subscriber have two level of greetings (1 standard), level 2 no response for a interval ask user to call again and drop the line and ask.
it is for the prime number (reception). I run standard greeting and user input to let the caller hear a repeating greeting non stop (operator is busy, press 7 to voice mail). I want to monitor if the caller does not respond to the caller input for 3 to 4 repeated greeting, Unity foreced to drop the call and have a new greeting sends to the caller (NO RESPONSE from you, please dial the number again).
Re: How to add multiple level greeting for Unity Subscriber V6 c
In the greeting configuration page for your call handler/subscriber (the one playing "operator is busy" greeting) you will see a section that allows you to modify "after greeting" actions. In that section of the config page, specify that after the greeting the call should go to another call handler (which you need to create).
In the new call handler, record your greeting "no response from you goodbye..." and set the after greeting action on this call handler to use call action "hang up".
