I purchased CUE for CCM, but now I have a license file for CME. I want to use CUE with CME, so i have to backup license file for CCM for future re-use. How do I do that?
Thanks

Hi Huy,
You shouldn't need to backup the License File for CCM as it can be downloaded (for free) at any time. If you decide to use CUE with CCM somewhere down the road you can just go to the Software Download site on CCO (pick the right version) and get the proper CCM License File. This is probably why the License File is not backed up when doing a CUE Backup;
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cue-312-licenses
From this good doc;
Upgrading the Cisco Unity Express License
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unity_exp/rel2_3/install/upg_lic.html
Hope this helps!
