How to change phone configuration file to enable conference phone call

we using cisco 6961 and 6921 IP phone connect with Innovaphone PBX, firstly we make some changes on configuration file then using TFTP upload to PBX, but currently we are unable to launch the phone call conference, only viewed "swap" on the phone screen, how to change the configuration file to enable that?
