How to config Unity to play specific holiday greeting
We are looking for "tricks" that allows Unity to play different greetings for, let say, Thanksgiving and Christmas, while we can set up everything in advance without rerecording the holiday greeting before the holiday.
I feel that the limitation is one single holiday schedule for the whole system. I could be wrong. So any trick is welcomed
Re: How to config Unity to play specific holiday greeting
There's no way to do specific holiday greetings ahead of time and have them play - for other systems that have single hard coded entry points into the audio text system you could get away with this but for Unity since you can route to any number of call handlers/interviewers and such based on routing rules and such, this becomes just about impossible to do smoothly.
Unity connection does have much more granular holiday schedules in general and seperate holiday greetings for each call handler, but it's only a single holdiay greeting for each handler so you can record special greetings for several upcoming holidays and have them kick in automatically as those dates roll up on you.
