How to configure Unity 5.0 with failover for Exchange 2010
Has anyone ran through the "Using Microsoft Exchange 2010 with Cisco Unity Versions 8.0, 7.0, 5.0" procedure when Unity is installed as a failover pair? The documentation is unclear to me how this should be executed if Unity is running as a failover pair. Should the procedure be run on the Primary server first? And if so, should manual failover to the secondary server be initiated with automatic failback disabled prior to to starting the procedure? And then once complete should the process just be reversed for the secondary server?
