I have an existing unity with a separate message store. The message retrieval for a user's stored voicemails is about 5 to 8 seconds. This just started happening. How can I determine which server has the message store, and what could me causing the delay?
Thanks,

One way to determine the partner server is with the Gather Unity System Info tool. This can be run from the Tools Depot or directly from C:\CommServer\Utilities\GatherUnitySystemInfo\GatherUnitySystemInfo.exe. Under Environment Information, you will see the partner server. Take a look at the following link for some tips for troubleshooting this type of problem including how to track down the cause of the delay.,
