How to disable the subscriber transfer options conversation?

I have a Unity ver 4.2 on CallManager running Optional Conversation 1 for subscribers.

Is there a way to remove the "press 4 for transfer options" menu?

The customer would prefer users not be able to change the transfer extension or block calls through the autoattendant.

Thanks,

Scott

The easiest way to go about this that works in any version of Unity is to assign users to a Class of Service that has a transfer restriction table set to "*" as not allowed. This means users will not be allowed to edit their transfer strings at alll through the phone or web interfaces. An administrator, however, would be assigned to an Admin COS that would allow them to enter (presumably) any number they like (remember that restriction tables are applied based on the user changing the number, not the user who's number is being changed).

In the upcoming Unity 5.0 release early next year the custom keymap tool will allow you to create a custom conversation based on the Optional Covnersation 1 if you like and it lets you turn off parts of the setup menu you don't want users getting at - which inclusdes the transfer settings conversation.
