How to identify the choices customer makes on IVR tree

Hi,

Could any one suggest me that how can i check the choices that customer picks on IVR script, i have the CLI number of customer with me.

There is no native way to do it, you will have to make script changes. I would recommend you post your query in the Contact Center forum.

What product are you using? Unity/CCX etc?
