How to implement click to dial / integration with MS Dynamics
Does anyone have any information on integrating MS Dynamics 2011 (5.0.9690) with CUCM 9.x. I have a customer who is heavy into outbound dialing and would like to have some type of integration with their CRM application and UCCX. I originally went down the path of the Preview dialer, but the limitation of only having 15 campaigns would not meet the customer’s needs. Especially, when they already have all of their campaigns inputted into Dynamics. Plus they have 70+ users who would need to be assigned a campaign.
